This is an exceptionally rare Belgian Browning Fabrique Nationale Model 1922 pistol and was a WWII Nazi German issue pistol in 7.65mm caliber. The pistol was used by both the German Army NCOs and Luftwaffe pilots. The pistol has the original frame and slide stamp with “eagle/WaA140” Nazi German acceptance marks and “eagle/swastika” firing proofs. The handgun is fitted with fixed sights and the bakelite checkered grips and shows much if not all of the original blue finish with holster wear. Included with the pistol is the original brown leather Luftwaffe Nazi German flap holster, missing the two original flip straps but it is not deterring to the gun. It still sits nicely in there and holds the spare mag also. This is an excellent European Theater capture pistol. Firearm marked, "FABRIQUE NATIONALE D'ARMES DE GUERRE HERSTAL BELGIQUE BROWNING'S PATENT DEPOSE - 101765 (all matching)." Serial Number
