Wild Tiger Corps Type 62 Pattern 1907 Sword Bayonet.
IN STOCK
Type 62 Pattern 1907 sword bayonet for use with No1 MkIII SMLE rifle. This bayonet was one of 10,000 rebadged and refurbished by Birmingham Small Arms (BSA) in 1919 and sold with rifles to the Wild Tiger Corps, the royal bodyguard in Siam (now Thailand). The bayonets were shipped with standard leather scabbards, which quickly wore in the tropical climate, and were replaced with steel bodies brazed to the original steel top and tail. A rare type of Pattern 1907, this Type 62 would make a great addition to any collection.
